We provide training through online courses which are available in singles or modules based on your needs, as we believe in providing choices and allowing you the opportunity to make decisions which would ultimately take you closer to your determined goals. Our courses are easily accessible, readily available, cost effective and can be taken at your own pace. Certificates are available upon request.
The first step in engaging in training and education can be difficult and hence the reason we have designed introductory courses that will assist you in making that decision. Personal Growth is a three-module course which will focus on improving self awareness, as a first step to individual fulfilment. This course consists of interactive slides and each module can be taken separately.
Building Self Esteem is a two-module course intended to improve your self image and will be delivered through a series of interactive slides.
Emotional Intelligence is one- module interactive course designed to assist you in understanding how to manage and improve your emotions and be more sensitive to recognizing the emotions of others.
Goal Setting is a two-module course presented through interactive slides to assist in providing meaningful directions to your lives and boost your motivation.
Managing Conflict is a one module course intended to provide the skills necessary to build successful and long-term relationships. This course will be delivered through interactive slides.
Time management is a one module course delivered through interactive slides and designed to enhance your ability to formulate principles aimed at utilizing your time more effectively, without compromising quality.
